SystemEyes™ is a web-based performance measurement application designed to free you from the headaches of collecting and organizing performance measures. We all know how difficult it can be to manually collect information from multiple sources.
With SystemEyes™, you simply enter the criteria for the “what, when and who” into the application and relax. There is no need to spend your valuable time contacting people to scrape together “the numbers”. This tool is made to do that for you.
SystemEyes™ was invented by us to perform one task; Gather information from a large number of people, and report the results back to them so they can use it to make decisions. it is an unbelievably simple concept, but it has remained a challenge since the beginning of civilization.
It’s a beautiful thing. Everyone is politely reminded by SystemEyes™ through e-mail when their measures are due, and the application even sends a secondary reminder in case they forget. You just click on a link in the e-mail, and enter your results. It’s easy, and strangely fun to do.
The reports generated by SystemEyes™ show the data for each measure on a trend line graph, giving you a clear representation of the progress being made, including the baseline, current score and target score. Everything is out in the open, so you can DO something with the data instead of being a slave to it.

One person might set up a separate Business Unit to track each of its employees’ measures (Bob, Tim, Karen and Jay, for example), and another might choose to break things down by site, division or continent. Whatever makes sense for you, is fine with SystemEyes™.
Inside of each Business Unit, you can define as many Categories for measures as you need. So, you have a second level of sorting at your service.

Well, just about anything you want to measure. SystemEyes™ has the ability to do fairly complex mathematical calculations, so you can build measures that have multiple variables. The main requirement is that you must input the figures into SystemEyes™, so it can do the calculations.
One of the great benefits of doing measures in this manner is that you can control the way calculations are made, because you control the math. As an administrative user, you also can review, edit and delete measures coming from the data reporters.
SystemEyes™ also handles many kinds of data input, including numerical, multiple choice, YES/NO and other variations. Units of measure are definable, including percentages, currency, hours etc... You can even change the currency to match your business needs.
