System in a Box™ is the direct result of us being totally frustrated with traditional maintenance and reliability consulting methods. So, we invented a better way to get the job done. It’s called System in a Box™.

System in a Box™ is the direct result of us being totally frustrated with traditional maintenance and reliability consulting methods.

In order to convert a reactive, failure-driven maintenance program into a proactive one, an average of $300,000 - $500,000 in consulting services are required to be successful. That’s why almost nobody attempts it, and fewer still survive it.

System in a Box™ is a blended-media program designed for maintenance professionals. We use technology to do a BETTER job than a consultant could ever do, and at a far lower cost.

Traditionally, in order to get expert assistance to deal with equipment failures and daily emergencies, you would have to pay a consulting company to send someone to your site, conduct an assessment, prepare an evaluation, provide training or facilitation and recommend changes.

It’s an expensive, inefficient and time-consuming process. On top of that, you have a total stranger telling you what to do. To put it bluntly, that stinks!

Nobody knows what to do better than YOU. We leave you in control, and instead focus on giving you the tools to get it done.

System in a Box™ has taken that process and distilled it down into a comprehensive 4-phase program containing everything you need to lead a maintenance and reliability initiative. It includes user-friendly tools, printed and audio materials and downloadable forms that you can use to complete difficult and important tasks with ease.

First, we ship you training modules containing printed materials that you can study in around 2-4 hours per week. They contain detailed implementation instructions, explanations of the tasks, and everything you need to close the gaps in your current process.

Second, we provide electronic audio files of the printed content, so you can listen to it instead of reading the materials. We did this because we know many people do not like to read, so we offer a great alternative. In fact, we even provide a complimentary Apple™ iPod™* as part of the program, so you can listen anywhere. *Limited to payed subscriptions. Secondary users receive only printed materials.

2 times each month, you meet with one of our CMRP certified facilitators by telephone for one hour. These conference calls will give you access to experienced maintenance professionals who are on staff to help you solve problems, and make adjustments to your process.

Our goal is to arm you with the tools you need to succeed.

In between calls, you use the tools and guidance within System in a Box™ to complete self-defined tasks that are specific to the needs of your site. As you move steadily through the process, your facilitator works behind the scenes to make sure you stay on track. With System in a Box™, you are supported at all times, but you control the onsite implementation. We will not come in, take over and leave you in the dust. Our goal is to arm you with the tools you need to succeed.

System in a Box™ is a subscription service that costs $999/month. We apply the subscription fee monthly, and it includes everything you need to do the program.

You take it on. You get it done. You build a world-class maintenance process in approximately 12-18 months.
