SystemEyes™ is a web-based measurement tool that allows the user to build measures using a simple interface. The application then collects the measurement data from multiple people defined by the user, and reports it to whoever you wish to receive it.
There are 3 different pricing levels for SystemEyes™:
The basic difference between the plans is the number of Business Units they can support. The Value Plan is limited to 3 Business Units, the Power Plan is limited to 20 Business Units and the Unlimited Plan is well, unlimited.

Without giving away our special recipe, it is a web-based application that helps busy managers eliminate the hardship of collecting measurement data.
SystemEyes™ provides a way to build a standard way to calculate and collect measures, and then gives the user the ability to assign the measures to a large number of people who have the information.
SystemEyes™ then emails the responsible parties with requests to input the required data. Once they enter the information, SystemEyes™ stops bothering them.
Last, the application builds a nicely formatted report, and sends it to whoever you want to receive it.
You can register for a subscription to SystemEyes™ on the site. Just click on the Products menu, and select SystemEyes™.
Inside the page, you can select the package you wish to try, and register to use it. Once your payment has been submitted, your account will be activated within 24-48 hours.

Business Units are designed to allow the user to divide the measures into logical groups, based on their own needs. The term “Business Unit” is a loose term in this case, because SystemEyes™ offers so much flexibility.

The application allows a full range of options for frequency, timing and units for measures. It also has a simple equation editor, so you can build complicated mathematical calculations into the measures that do not require the person reporting the data to do any math!

You simply set up a subscription account on our site, and our billing application will automatically charge your card every month on the appropriate date. The application will remain accessible to you as long as the payment is made.
Your account will be deactivated if payment is not received, or you cancel your subscription. There is no refund for partial months unused for a subscription.
By email, to a list of recipients that you define. This list can be edited at any time, and the administrative user can edit the reports before SystemEyes™ releases them.
SystemEyes™ sends the assigned reporters an email, requesting the data from them. The email is formatted such that each reporter gets only the measures that they are responsible to report.
The measures are added by clicking a link in the email. The reporter then enters the result in the field provided, and clicks a "Submit" button. The data is stored in SystemEyes™ for reporting.
All mathematical operations occur inside SystemEyes™ with no user intervention.

Originally, the application was designed to support maintenance and reliability managers and professionals, who have always had a heavy load of measures to support.
During development of SystemEyes™, we found out that it worked great for measuring our own internal business activities.
Then, the floodgates were open! People started coming up with novel approaches to measuring all kinds of things!

No. The only fee you pay is the monthly access fee for your selected package. Since the application is web-based, we constantly upgrade and fine-tune it for you. As new features and improvements are added, you get them immediately at no additional cost.
Sure. It can track anything that can be communicated as a numerical measure, a YES/NO question or a multiple choice list. So, if you wanted to track if the rounds were done, you can tell SystemEyes™ to send an email to whomever you wish, asking them to report it.
The only limitation is that the application can only ask for input on a daily, weekly, monthly, annual or specified date basis. So, if you want to measure events on an hour-by-hour basis, you would have to build a measure for each event for that particular day. For example, if you do rounds at 8am and 2pm, the email measure request for each time will need to be built.
This is a one-time event, as SystemEyes™ will ask for the measure forever if you wish, or it can be told to stop after a period of time (say, 1 year).
