| Information is collected such as name, job title, company name, address, email address, telephone number, and optional special interest indications. 20/20 Foresight collects and stores customer information for the primary purpose of forwarding 20/20 Foresight member email newsletters and special offers. This information is not made available to 3rd parties for any use. This email list is self-service and allows you to add your email (opt in), delete your email (opt out). To update or change information, please send an email to info@nobreakdowns.com with your current subscriber email address and the details of what information you would like changed or updated. We can also unsubscribe you using this method if you prefer. |
How You Can Access or Update Your Personal Information |
Typically, each week, we send you one of our email newsletters with a link at the bottom of the page for you to view and or change the information that you supplied, and delete or unsubscribe yourself and your information from our database. |
If you would like to update, change or delete your personal information manually, you may do so by sending an email to info@nobreakdowns.com with your current subscriber email address and the details of what information you would like changed or updated. We can also unsubscribe you using this method if you prefer. |

| Information is collected such as name, job title, company name, address, email address, and telephone number, whether permission is granted or denied to follow up and optional special interest area indications as well as open comments. 20/20 Foresight collects and forwards a copy of that information to the sponsoring companies who may also contact you with further information related to the subject area of interest. These companies consist of reputable suppliers of products, services and training and do not include any consumer or direct marketing companies or known senders of SPAM. If you do not wish to have your information shared, please do not use these services. 20/20 Foresight may also use the information to contact you for optional customer satisfaction surveys and feedback. |

We take the information we receive from individuals responding to our Customer Surveys and combine (or aggregate) it with responses of other 20/20 Foresight customers to create broader responses to survey questions. We then use the aggregated information to improve the quality of the information we provide to you as well as the services. 20/20 Foresight may choose to share certain aggregated information with third parties. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information. |
| Voluntary Customer Registration Forms |
20/20 Foresight encourages all of our customers to participate in online training, giveaway contests and other services that require online registration. These forms are passed on to the provider of the service or product and may be used by them to contact you. Please remember that these forms are voluntary. |

| Our servers collect information each time a user visits our web site, including certain anonymous use and navigation information. This information is aggregated and anonymous. Like most Web Sites, 20/20 Foresight makes use of browser "cookies". Cookies are files written to a user’s hard disk and read by server programs to inform a Web Site if the user has previously visited that site. We use cookies to 1) track if you are a new or return visitor to 20/20 Foresight. 2) Open a new browser window one time only for first time visitors to invite them to subscribe to the member email newsletter. |

Opting Out or Unsubscribing and accessing your contact information |
20/20 Foresight does not have any interest in sending you information that you do not want. You can automatically opt out or unsubscribe from the weekly e-mail newsletter automatically by clicking the link at the bottom of each email and following the on screen instructions. You can also unsubscribe from the e-mail newsletters by sending an email to info@nobreakdowns.com with the word unsubscribe in the subject line. You may also request manual removal from any contact list at 20/20 Foresight by replying to that email and requesting "remove" in the subject line. 20/20 Foresight’s websites are designed for adult professionals seeking to enhance their personal and organizational skills. This site contains no information that may be harmful to people under the age of 18. |
| Security Precautions |
20/20 Foresight data is stored on computers in a secured office. The computer also requires a password to log in for access. A state of the art firewall and security software system prevents unauthorized access. The office is located in a locked building that meets all acceptable security standards. Only company management has access to this information and they are the same parties responsible for the drafting of this privacy policy. |

We make changes to this policy from time to time. We will post changes to our Privacy Policy here, so be sure to check back periodically. We may also decide to notify customers via email of significant changes. Regardless of later updates or changes to our privacy policy, we will never use the information you submit under our current privacy policy in a new way without allowing you to opt out or otherwise prohibit that use. |
