We are not khaki pants wearing consultants. In fact, we regularly wear t-shirts and jeans to work. Most of us like to hunt, fish, ride motorcycles, build things and fix up old cars. Every person who works here has a head full of knowledge, and a heart full of hope for you to be successful.

We have experienced the pain of working at failing plants, and we have watched dear friends lose their jobs for no good reason. Because of that, we have dedicated our careers to saving others from this fate. Thankfully, we are really good at it, and we save people just about every day.

Sometimes we joke around, and our sense of humor is a little odd. It helps us handle the pressure when we make fun of ourselves and the ridiculous things people do. There isn’t another place like nobreakdowns.com, and we are proud of that. It’s a family here, and our family includes our customers.
